Shipping Cost within Australia

Standard shipping (4-7 business days): $10

Express shipping (1-3 business days): $12

Free Shipping for all orders over $300

International Orders

​

We use DHL Express for all International shipments.

$35 AUD regular shipping with tracking via International Pack and Track // OR $25 AUD regular shipping without tracking via International Pack and Track.

Shipping & Delivery 

​

All orders are sent from our head office in Fortitude Vally, Australia. All orders are packed and dispatched before 2pm each business working day.

​

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. You can track the progress of our delivery via this confirmation email.

​

All International packages with a value over $250 AUD must be signed for upon delivery. Please ensure that you provide your daytime delivery address and contact number. Please note that we are unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched.

Australia - Delivery for metro areas within 2-3 business days from dispatch date.

​

Australia - Delivery for rural areas within 4-7 business days from dispatch date.

​

International - Delivery within 3-6 business days from dispatch date if express is chosen.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the time frame expected. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Moreover, we are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages.

Please Note

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local taxes levied to the country you are shipping to; payment of these may be necessary to release you order from customs on arrival. Terra Collective will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We advise that you are familiar with your package destination's import duty, customs and local sales taxes as well as it's rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products.

**If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund**

**Once an order ships and is in transit it is not possible to cancel the order**

Lost Packages

​

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you. We highly suggest you select a delivery address you trust and preferably one where someone is able to receive and sign for the package.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with any of the products you’ve purchased from us, simply return them within 14 days from the date of purchase. We will happily issue an exchange or full refund as long as they are returned in their original condition with proof of purchase.
